To all JFK Foundation I would like to thank you for everything. Thank you for the tips on how to handle interviews, phone calls and other issues when applying for a job. I have proven to myself that I improved a lot when I’m in the training seminar only. It’s because one company that I have emailed on the internet reply to me and they want me to report in the office and have preliminary interview. So I went there and the level of my confidence is high to face anybody at the office of that company so I am very grateful that Client Logic given me the opportunity to be trained by the JFK Foundation for 6 days. I feel before entering the training room is that I’m very nervous about it, Because I have no idea about it. I feel that I am going to learn more about the topic that is being conducted at it. After the training feel very confident about myself. I learned many things about it. I thank JFK center for it they give me lessons about myself that I must improve. Those guys who stay in front of us are great.

As I first walk on the venue, I feel a bit shy and puzzled. I don’t know what to expect. All of these doubts have been turned to excitement. Excitement to learn the next step, to be a better person. JFK communications training gives me a backdoor access to the familiar questions and mistakes an applicant encounter. Now I have all the confidence and skills needed to get my job and a career.

To be honest
when I was encouraged to work for this industry and applied at a call
center to try my luck, I was really disappointed to know I was lacking
certain skills to pass as a CSR. That was then when I came to client
logic. They give me that opportunity to know the industry more and
improve on my skills thru

The first time when Client Logic called me asking me if I am interested to join in this training, honestly I was really hesitant to accept the invitation because I really don’t have a knowledge regarding JFK Foundation as well as its mission or objectives. But there’s really a force which pushes me to say yes so that is why I attended since the first day of the training. As the training goes by I have found it really interesting and exciting. I have learned a lot in this training, As the training goes by I found it really interesting and exciting. I felt that I developed “In” and “Out”. JFK is really a big help to many keep up the good work.

It’s indeed a great privilege to attend a training / seminar without giving any payment at all. Facilitators were then effective they were able to impart knowledge and ideas which made me equipped of what a call center is. I was able to gain confidence as well which will be a great help for me in the near future. Love you guys.

Before I go here at this training I can compare myself as an empty bottle but now I am a bottle full of knowledge. JFK training helps me a lot not only to find a job it also help me improve myself. The training gave me all my expectations. I expected more knowledge about communication skills, and it’s exactly what I got. In fact, honestly, I had more than what I thought I would. The people were consistently nice and trained us with all their best. So what else can I ask for? Personally I guess its quite unfair to meet these people. Six or ten days are to short to be satisfied about being with them but then I know that I’ll be walking out their seminar room with a big smile in my heart and all the bunch of ideas they supplied us. But more than those ideas they supplied us. I enjoyed the time I had with those people and they definitely developed my self confidence enough, for me to go for from here. So thank you so much, JFK !!! Lots of hugs and kisses for you.

Actually when I learned that I will be attending a training, I was so excited because it will equip me with the necessary tools and knowledge and I am not wrong, after the training I am so confident that I have an edge over applicants who were not able to attend the training. I must admit that applying in Client Logic made sense to me. Through JFK, I know the company I want to work with throughout the rest of my working years. That is Client Logic, Who believes in JFK Training

When I received a call from a personnel at Client Logic and was asked If I was interested to attend a training. I said I am interested and went to the venue Monday. So excited not knowing what the topics, activities in the training. We have got to mingle with everybody. First day is good for a start we were highly motivated and feel welcomed by the facilitators and our co participants. Days goes by, We go home with a lot of knowledge and each day gives us new things learned we build confidence with in ourselves with the activities provided. We overcome our fear being nervous talking in front of everybody. Having drills and practice having us put our experience, situations and scenarios that really happens at the floor (actual work) we learned a lot from this training and it is really a big help for us. You guys are great and you have imparted a lot of motivation, inspiration and made us really believe that we can do it and are almost there. Thank you to JFK for coming up with a training and extending help to us. God Bless!!

Before: I am not really scared at first but I guess I have this fear about many things. Like for example the other participants are really good and can communicate well not like me. I do not think I can level myself to them. One reason I guess is the fact that I am not a degree holder just like most of them. Another thing is that I can’t and I don’t speak English fluently just like most of them.
After: Well I guess all my confusions and my questions were answered by JFK in many different ways. Now I can that its not just the education that counts here, its how you carry yourself, how you speak what’s on your mind. Experience is also a big factor for me because it helped me a lot to have good communication skills. I gained confidence, self esteem and my way of speaking English has been developed. Thank you guys!

Before coming into the seminar I had too little knowledge about call centers. It is given that that either inbound or outbound but what exactly is an inbound? Or an outbound? I have learned that inbound is usually customer service, like inquiries, problems concerning specific accounts, handling each call with an utmost care. While outbound is purely selling so how am I supposed to be hired in a call center since I am very interested.
What JFK did was exactly what we have to learned when applying for a job in a call center.

Before attending the JFK training I felt I was confident enough. In my previous, I had been exposed to a lot of public speaking. In school, I have joined extemporaneous speaking tilts. These gave me that impression that I was confident enough to go through this training. I proved myself wrong. The training gave me new ideas about what confidence really is. I had always thought I know my English grammar well. Again, I was mistaken. I learned a lot of new things which I previously thought, I already know. Though working in a call center would me a first experience for me, I had a false impression that it would be a piece of cake, as long as I have good communication skills. Now I know, its not that easy. I am now confident, though, that I am more equipped to face the next process I will go into when I get back into Client Logic. I thought to myself that I’m just a nobody. But now because of JFK I am now a better person. I develop my communication skills in English, have more edge than before. I believe that I became more confident now, I can easily talk to people whom I don’t know, that easy! I can build a rapport with them. I really felt comfortable with the trainers because I admire their knowledge and experience. Thank you JFK for providing us the opportunity to be part of your service.
