About Us

The JFK Business Process Outsourcing Training Program is a unique specialized training.  Its aim is to prepare prospective Business Processing Outsource professionals with basic skills and knowledge of their industry, values and work ethics so they to be eligible for immediate employment.  This program builds confidence and determination for the participants to excel and succeed in life as well as their work.

JFK BPO Training program is a facilitator led customer service training program for all customer service, sales and technical support representatives and provides vital cultural, interpersonal and communication skills needed in other areas of BPO employment.
