Programs

The Center’s Social Service program helps to guild residents of the city of Erie through a vast array of human and health care services available in Northwestern Pennsylvania . Some of the services provided are:

• Information in response to peoples inquiries about the wide range of services available at JFK.
• Referral and follow-up on immediate and critical needs, such as basic life support, food, clothing, housing, and medical care.
• Outreach services
• Mortgage assistance

Senior Center

The John F. Kennedy Senior Center provides a community based support to help elder people be active members in their community. Seniors meet to access a wide array of services to fulfill many of their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs. The JFK Senior Center serves a “home cooked” meal everyday at noon to seniors, ages 60 years and older in the Erie area.

Youth Programs

This program is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health Division of Drug and Alcohol. The youth takes part in a variety of structured activities conducted in a safe and drug-free environment.
